This house was designed by young students in Germany. The cylindrical design is completely modular, which maximizes the space and layout of each section. The house includes a section with a bed and small table. It has a full functioning kitchen with faucets and stove!
European mirco compact homes
M-ch is a team of researchers and designers with offices located in the heart of London. They noticed the growth in demand for small houses, so they created the ‘micro home’, a compact home that is 2.6 cubic meters and can accommodate 4-5 people.
The cube
Designed by architect Sami Rintala, this small house is known as the ‘cubic Boxhome’. It was built at a small cost with only green/enviromentally friendly materials. It spreads over an area of 19 square meters and includes a living room, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and living room.
The nano house
Nano technology now offers modern, affordable 25 square meter housing. In this small house, every room is convertible, which allows you to maximize space per square meter. If you want a house in the Nano Living Systems, they are currently available in England and Florida.
The hermit’s wood cabin
Here is a small wooden cabin that is optimized for one person. The house is 7.5 square meters and was created by a Swiss designer. It comes furnished and includes curtains and bedding supplies.

This house is like a little doll house! Built in 1912 by contractor Arthur Weeden, the house is 300 square feet. This little cottage house has a living room, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. This picture has been shared across the internet as the “Smallest House in Brooklyn”, but funny enough it’s located in Toronto.

This house was built in 1803 and is only 325 square feet. It was nicknamed the narrowest house in America, according to an article published in New York Times.

Here is the tiny rival of the previous model. When space doesn’t impinge on your lifestyle, anything is possible. This house is a spacious 2, 400 square feet, divided into 600 square feet on all three floors. It is is 10 feet high and made of aluminum vinyl.

This L-shape house was built in 2000 and extends over a mere 7 square feet. It’s made of metal, which keeps the walls thin, and has a simple wooden floor – the perfect minimalist design.
